Interim Mixed Affordable and Market Housing Position Statement - January 2010

As a means to promote and encourage more affordable housing development in East Devon, the District Council has produced an interim affordable/market housing development position statement for rural areas. The position statement was subject to consultation during October 2009 and will allow for housing development at and near to villages (beyond existing Local Plan Built-Up Area Boundaries) in the District for a mix of market and affordable dwellings.
