Annual Monitoring Report

The Council produce a planning policy Annual Monitoring Report (AMR).  The latest  AMR covers the 1April 2010 to 31 March 2011 period.

  • ·the extent to which the policies set out in the Local Development Documents are being achieved, and
  • ·the implementation of the Local Development Scheme.

It should be noted that the Government have now issued the new National Planning Policy Framework.  This has implications for how housing land supply is assessed and a technical paper to support housing provision in the new Local Plan will be issued.  This paper will re-assess five year land supply.
