How to make a representation

Relevant representations must be in writing and submitted to the council within 28 days of the application being made to the Licensing Authority.  To assist objectors the Council has created a form for making representations

Licensing Act 2003 – Temporary Event Notices Received

The Licensing Act 2003 introduced a light touch system of permitted temporary activities for relatively small-scale ad hoc events held at any premises involving no more than 499 people at any one time.

Please note that unlike other licensing applications there is no provision for interested parties to make representations.  Only the Police may raise objection on the grounds of crime and disorder.
