East Devon residents are taking part in the largest ever battery recycling operation in the UK. All homes in the district can take part in the scheme by collecting old batteries in a plastic bag and placing them in the green box for collection. You can order replacement battery bags using the online form above or use a small freezer bag to help avoid any leaks.
You can recycle the following types: 6V, D, C, AA, AAA, 9V and button batteries. We also accept laptop and mobile phone batteries.

Note: Please take car or other vehicle batteries to your local household waste recycling centre.
