Beach Huts - Exmouth
There are two types of beach hut available here: huts and chalets.
Beach huts - Exmouth
93 Council owned beach huts are available for hire all year. All huts are subject to the conditions of hire laid down by the Council and are contained within the beach hut agreement.
Charges for 2010/11
Accounts will be issued once a year prior to 1st April
Beach hut rental:
- Seasonal charge £525.00 plus VAT inclusive of non domestic rates
- The Council offers the facility to pay by standing order over 9 months.
10 beach huts may be hired on a daily or weekly basis from Exmouth Tourist Information Centre on 01395 222299
Foxholes Chalets - Exmouth
20 permanent chalets are available for hire. The chalets are larger than the huts and are set back from the seafront on a grass incline. Water and electricity are also available in the chalets, and they are also subject to the conditions of hire laid down by the Council and are contained within the beach chalet agreement.
Charges for 2010/11
Accounts will be issued once a year prior to 1st April
- Beach chalet annual rental:£917.00 plus VAT and Non Domestic Rates.
- The Council offers the facility to pay by standing order over 9 months.
