Business Rates
Business rates (NNDR) are a national tax that East Devon District Council collects and administers locally. Rateable Values (RVs) are set by the Valuation Office Agency.

| Transitional Phasing | Any significant change to the rates bill, caused directly by the change in the RV following a Revaluation is limited by transitional phasing. |
