Consultation Guide and Strategy
We adopted a Public Consultation Strategy in 2005. The Consultation Guide and Strategy includes guidance on how to consult effectively, recognising that the same individuals and groups were in danger of feeling 'over-consulted'. It is hoped that eConsult will lead to less duplication in the consultation we carry out and we can make sure that it is not the same people who are asked the same questions over and over again.
