When we get things wrong

We work within the council's corporate 'Have Your Say' policy, and welcome your feedback, suggestions and any complaints. We promise to fully investigate your complaint, apologise if we've got it wrong, and let you know what we are doing to put things right.

Making a formal complaint

If you are not happy with something we have done, there are a number of ways you can make a formal complaint:
