District Wide Dog Control Orders

There are three orders which cover the entire district of East Devon District Council.

These concern

  • removal of dog fouling,
  • not having more than six dogs in a public place at one one time and
  • the requirement to put dogs on leads if told to do so by a person authorised by East Devon District Council,
