Housing conditions have a major impact upon the health and wellbeing of individuals, households and communities. By tackling private sector housing renewal, we can improve the availability and condition of the housing stock as well as the wellbeing of our residents. East Devon District Council’s Private Sector Housing Renewal Strategy for 2008-2010 is now in draft form and we would value your comments and contribution.
