What does this panel do?
The Scrutiny Panel was setup as a joint panel, consisting of Members from both East Devon District Council and Mid Devon District Council, in order to scrutinise the work of the East and Mid Devon Community Safety Partnership and monitor their plan.
This panel makes recommendations up to the Overview and Scrutiny Committee at East Devon District Council, and the Scrutiny Committee at Mid Devon District Council.
The panel is not set up to scrutinise the work of the individual bodies and agencies that make up the Community Safety Partnership.
