Exmouth Regeneration
Under the Council’s Thriving Economy priority set out in its 
Council
Plan (1918KB - 08 May 2012 - PDF Help), is a commitment to delivering economic growth through regeneration, particularly in Exmouth
and Seaton.
We are working with the community through ‘Exmouth Masterplan’ to agree a vision and framework to bring forward significant improvements to the town.
We have worked with the community to agree a vision for the town and a masterplan which sets out a framework for future development and which identifies opportunities and projects to help achieve the vision.
The consultation period for the final draft ended on 19th September 2011 and once the feedback has been consolidated East Devon District Council's Development Management Committee will consider whether or not the document can be endorsed as a supplementary planning document and be attached to the new Local Plan (Local Development Framework).
