The Council's Gambling Three Year Licensing Policy (Statement of Principles)

Licensing authorities are required to prepare and publish every three years a statement of principles that they propose to apply when exercising their functions. In preparing such a statement licensing authorities must follow the procedure set out in the Act as well as the accompanying guidance. We have now published our new policy for the three year period from 31 January 2010. The current statement expires on 31 January 2010.
