Applying for a council garage

An application form is sent out for people to be placed on the waiting list, anyone living in East Devon can apply to go on the list.
When a garage vacancy arises applications are considered in date order, although Council tenants take priority over private tenants.
Council tenants are only offered a garage if their rent account is clear.
One weeks written notice is required for terminating a garage.
Garages are for the storing of motor vehicles only
