In producing the figures below, East Devon District Council have followed the Communities and Local Government’s  ‘Local Authority Property Search Services Costing and Charging Guidance’ as well as conforming to The Local Authorities (England) (Charges for Property Searches) Regulations 2008 (SI 2008 No.3248).

As part of the exercise we have carried out an extensive time recording exercise relating to all Land Charges activities and have recorded  all staff times down to the nearest minute.
