Are you 'Homeless Continued'?
You are homeless if:
- you have no accommodation available in the United Kingdom or elsewhere.
- you are threatened with homelessness, and likely to become homeless within 28 days.
- you have accommodation, but you are at risk of violence in the property.
- you have accommodation, but it is not reasonable for you to live there with the people who would normally live with you as members of your family.
- you have accommodation, but you are not legally entitled to occupy it, for example a Court Order requiring you to leave.
- you have accommodation, but it is not reasonable for you to occupy, for example it is beyond physical repair.
Please do not wait wait until you are actually homeless. Contact us as soon as you know or suspect you might be homeless.
