Council Garages
If you wish to apply for a Council Garage, you can contact the Housing Needs team and ask them to send you an application form, otherwise to download a copy please

1. An application form is sent out for people to be placed on the waiting list, anyone living in East Devon can apply to go on the list.
2. When a garage vacancy arises applications are considered in date order, although Council tenants take priority over private tenants.
3. Council tenants are only offered a garage if their rent account is clear.
4. One weeks written notice is required for terminating a garage.
5. Garages are for the storing of motor vehicles only"
