Council Garages
If you wish to apply for a Council Garage, please either complete an 
application form (18KB - 28 August 2008 - PDF Help) or if you would prefer for a copy to be sent to you, contact the Housing Needs team on 01395 517469. Please return the completed form to East Devon District Council, Housing Needs Team, Council Offices, Knowle, Sidmouth, Devon. EX10 8HL
1. An application form is sent out for people to be placed on the waiting list, anyone living in East Devon can apply to go on the list.
2. When a garage vacancy arises applications are considered in date order, although Council tenants take priority over private tenants.
3. Council tenants are only offered a garage if their rent account is clear.
4. One weeks written notice is required for terminating a garage.
5. Garages are for the storing of motor vehicles only"
