Grant for Hardstanding Car Parking

If you wish to construct a hardstanding for parking your car within the boundaries of your garden you will need to write to us for permission. We will write to you giving consent for the work or explaining why we cannot give consent.

Where you have constructed a hardstanding within the garden of the property, and it conforms to our specification, we will arrange and pay for the footpath crossing and dropped kerb. If this work is not necessary we will provide you with a grant of £300 on completion of the work.
