ANNUAL REPORT TO TENANTS OCTOBER 2011
Welcome to our second Annual Report to Tenants written jointly by officers and tenants.
We are required to produce an Annual Report for all tenants setting out how we currently meet the Tenant Services Authority standards and how we are measuring this. The report sets out important information about the housing service and some proposed new local standards. The report will be sent out to all tenants with the Housing Standard newsletter during October.

Please let us have your views on the proposed new local standards. With the Annual Report we will be sending out a questionnaire about the proposed new local standards and the report itself. We hope you will fill this in and return it to us.
