The Audit Commission report on Housing Management Services

The Audit Commission inspected our housing management services in 2007 and issued a report on their findings.

The report identifies a series of strengths and weaknesses. We are pleased that the Audit Commission recognise that we have effective services to maintain decent, warm homes, undertaking repairs, gas servicing and adapations, estate management and tackling anti-social behaviour.

We are addressing the weakenesses and recommendations contained in the report.
