Tenant Satisfaction
Every two years, we carry out a satisfaction survey to find out what you think of our service.  689 randomly selected general needs tenants responded to the latest survey conducted in September 2008. The results showed that 87% of tenants responding were satisfied with the overall service.  This was up 1%  on our previous satisfaction survey conducted in 2006.
