There is a wealth of information available on the HSE website

It is important that this information is not taken as definitive guidance and you should always get proper legal advice, or advice from the the Commercial Team before making any critical decisions.

Each guide on the HSE website consists of:

  • An overview of the law and any technical guidance
  • A list of key publications and references
  • A checklist to test how well a business complies with the law

Hopefully when you have read the guidance you will be able to put in place, or suggest, an action plan to make improvements.
