Handbook for Residents of Sheltered Accommodation
Our new 'Handbook for Residents of Sheltered Accommodation' is about to go out to all residents living in our sheltered housing properties. The handbook is full of up to date information about what residents can expect from living in our sheltered housing. The guide includes lots of information on services provided by our Mobile Support Officers and Scheme Managers, as well as useful telephone numbers and information on our community centres. All existing residents will shortly receive a copy of the handbook from their Scheme Manager or Mobile Support Officer and all new residents will receive one on signing up for their new property.

Housing Strategy 2008-2011 approved by the Council's Executive Board
The new Housing Strategy 2008-2011 was approved by the Council's Executive Board on Wednesday 3 December. The strategy makes an assessment of the local housing market and housing needs and presents a series of priorities and actions for the future.

Mutual Exchange Register
A new Internal Mutual Exchange Register for East Devon tenants is now available online. The register aims to help tenants who would like to swap their homes with another tenant in the district.
