Tenant Satisfaction
Every three years, we carry out a satisfaction survey to find out what you think of our service. 985 randomly selected tenants responded to the latest survey in October 2006. The results showed:
- 86% of tenants responding were satisfied with the overall service
- 72% were satisfied with the opportunities to participate in housing management and decision making
Although satisfaction levels were high, some tenants were less satisfied than others. In particular, tenants under 34 years of age were generally less satisfied with our services than older tenants. We're now using the results from the survey to shape future service delivery.
