E-mail: businessunit@eastdevon.gov.uk
Anyone who has bought a council flat or maisonette, either directly through the “Right to Buy” scheme or from a previous owner, is a council leaseholder. This means that they have purchased the leasehold of their home but the building is still owned by the council.
Further information on the rights and responsibilities of leaseholders and our services is available in the Leasehold Home Owners Handbook.
