Enforcement Policy

At its meeting on 1 December 2008 the Licensing and Enforcement Committee adopted the East Devon District Council, Licensing Service, Enforcement Policy.

The policy explains the District Council's Licensing Service's approach to regulatory activitiy, how it expects to deal with businesses, societies, clubs, charities and individuals and what happens when it finds infringements of the law.
