Street Collections (Charitable)
Persons wishing to undertake a street collection in East Devon must apply to the Council for a Street Collection Permit.
Before applying you should first telephone the Licensing Officer on 01395 517411 to establish that the prefered collection town/area and date is available and if available you will be able to make a provisional booking. It is the Council's policy to normally allow only one collection in each week in a location/town.
Written applications must be received at least 28 days prior to the required date.
Following the collection a form of statement must be returned to the Council within one month giving an account of monies raised.
