Boxes are collected from the edge of your property.  They should be left in a position adjacent to the footway/highway.  Please ensure that the box is easily visible to collectors as they drive by.  Collections start at 7:30am.

Missed collection?

If for any reason your box is not emptied on the expected day please contact us using the details at the top of this page. The contractor may be able to arrange to return to make the collection if still operating close to your area. If not, a firm commitment will be made to call at your property on the next scheduled collection day.

Forgotten your collection day?

If you have forgotten your collection day, or you have lost track of which week your collection is due, please check using our "My Neighbourhood" facility.  Just enter your postcode and look at the section headed "Waste and Recycling".  If you are going to contact us, please note whether you are in week one or week two.
