Assisted Collections
Residents who experience mobility difficulties may request a "backdoor collection".
If there is nobody else at the property who is able to assist you in putting out your waste, we will consider making a collection from the outside area of your property (back garden,front door step etc.) We will make appropriate enquiries, if necessary, to ensure that there is a genuine need for such an arrangement.
