How to get there:

From Newton Poppleford: take the A3052 towards Sidmouth. At the Bowd Inn turn left towards Ottery St Mary. The site is about half a mile along this road on the left.

From Sidmouth: join the A3052, turning right at the Bowd Inn. The site is approximately half a mile along this road on the left.

Apr-Sep: Mon-Fri 8.00am-6.00pm Sat-Sun 10.00am-6.00pm
Oct-Mar: Mon-Fri 8.00am-4.30pm Sat-Sun 10.00am-4.30pm
Closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day

Non-acceptable items:

Asbestos
Kitchen/food waste
Sharps/clinical (collected by Districts)
Animal Bedding
Commercial/trade

Restricted items:

Rubble/hardcore and soil
12 bags or ½ tonne in a 6 month period.
Tyres: 5 at any one time in a 12 month period, no rims unless separated.
Chemicals i.e. pesticides, white spirits and any other household chemicals can be accepted as long as they are in a securely labelled container and placed in the hazardous waste container, there is a limit of 5 litres.
