Making a complaint

If you wish to tell us about a nuisance from a neighbouring tenant, or about unauthorised development, please select the Council service relevant to your concern (Housing or Planning, for example) and contact that service direct.  You could also use our general enquiry/feed back form to tell us about anything you are unhappy with, need to report, or to comment on staff who have exceeded expectation.

Alternatively try our Frequently Asked Questions on  the home page.

Formal appeals (against a planning decision or a homelessness decision, for example) should also be taken up with the relevant service.

If you would like to make a complaint about your local District or Town/Parish Councillor, please go to the Complaint about a Councillor page for more information.
