Beach Huts - Beer
There are 44 sites in Beer split between the East and West beaches and 12 sites on the platform known as the East Shelf. All sites are available between 1st April and 30th September.
Privately owned huts may be erected on the beach sites after the 1st April each year but must be removed by their owners or by persons under their employ before the 31st October. Beach huts may remain on the East Shelf all year round.
Privately owned beach huts must conform to the specifications detailed in the Beach Hut Sites Schedule of Conditions

Charges for 2010
- Accounts will be issued once a year prior to 1st April
- Beach hut site rental East and West beaches: £158.40 plus VAT
- East Shelf site rental: £264.05 plus VAT
- The Council offers the facility to pay by standing order over 3 months
