Beach Huts - Budleigh Salterton
Budleigh Salterton has 49 Council owned beach huts and 94 sites. Huts and sites are available between 1st April and 30th September.
Privately owned beach huts may be erected on the beach sites after the 1st April each year and must be removed by their owners or by persons under their employ before the 31st October.
Privately owned huts must also conform to the specifications detailed in the Beach Hut Sites Schedule of Conditions

Hired huts are also subject to the Conditions of Hire laid down by the Council.

Charges for 2010
- Accounts will be issued once a year prior to 1st April
- Beach hut rental: £400.50 plus VAT
- Beach hut site rental: £218.75 plus VAT
- The Council offers the facility to pay by standing order over 3 months
Beach huts may alternatively be hired on a daily or weekly basis from the Budleigh Salterton Tourist Information Centre on 01395 445275.
