Beach Huts - Budleigh Salterton
39 Council owned beach huts and 84 sites are available for hire on a seasonal basis. Huts and sites may be hired between 1st April and 30th September.
Privately owned beach huts may be erected on the beach sites after the 1st April each year and must be removed by their owners or by persons under their employ before the 31st October.
Privately owned huts must also conform to the specifications detailed in the Beach Hut Sites Schedule of Conditions

Charges for 2008/2009
- Accounts will be issued once a year on 1st April
- Beach hut rental: £374.00 plus VAT
- Beach hut site rental: £166.70 plus VAT
Beach huts may alternatively be hired on a daily or weekly basis from the Budleigh Salterton Tourist Information Centre on 01395 445275.
Temporarily the waiting lists for Budleigh Salterton have been closed. The current lists have an approximate waiting time of 12 years. Please check this website for up to date information or call out offices periodically for further information.
