Beach Huts - Sidmouth
There are 14 beach huts situated at Jacobs Ladder and are hired on a seasonal basis 1st April to 30th September.
Please Note : The waiting list for Sidmouth remains closed. The current list has an approximate waiting time in excess of 12 years. Please check this website for up to date information or call our offices periodically for further information.
All hired huts are subject to the Conditions of Hire laid down by the Council.

Charges for 2010
- Accounts will be issued once a year prior to 1st April
- Beach hut rental: £486.25 plus VAT inclusive of non domestic rates
- The Council offers the facility to pay by standing order over 3 months
Beach huts may also be hired on a daily or weekly basis from the concessionaire Mr Tom Griffiths, Tel: 01395 579660/07962 303158.
