Planning Appeals Weekly Lists

Weekly lists of planning appeals lodged and decisions made are available here in Adobe PDF format. Please note the following:

* That it may take up to three working days from the "week ending" date for a list to appear below.

* Only the last 6 weeks lists are shown on this page. To view older lists, please use the "Old Appeals Lists" page - this can be viewed by clicking here.

* Lists of planning applications received and planning decisions made can be viewed on the Planning Online page.

You can view appeal decision letters online. Using this link, you will be taken to the search page on the appeals section of the Planning Portal. Then enter the seven digit Planning Inspectorate number into the "case reference" box - this number can be found on the "appeal decisions" lists. It should be noted that you only need to enter part of the number given on the lists - for example, if the full reference number is APP/U1105/A/07/2012415/WF, the seven digit number you require is highlighted in bold. You do not need to enter any further information. Click "search for cases" once you have entered the case number, and follow the instructions given.
