University of Exeter Science Park Supplementary Planning Document.
The adopted Devon Structure Plan 2001 to 2016 proposes a site in East Devon adjacent to the M5 motorway at Junction 29 as the location for development of a Science Park.
East Devon District Council, in partnership with Exeter City Council, the University of Exeter and Devon County Council commissioned consultants Atkins Limited to prepare planning guidance on how a site in this location can be developed for the use. The guidance has now been adopted formally as a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD).
A copy of the document can be viewed at East Devon District Council Offices, Exeter City Council Offices or at Exeter Central Library, Broadclyst (Clyst Vale Community College) Library and Pinhoe Library during normal opening hours.
