Local Development Framework Retail Evidence
In 2007 East Devon District Council commissioned consultants GVA Grimley to produce a report examining the retail function of settlements across the district. The study provides a robust and credible evidence base which identifies wider market trends within the retail sector, provides a town centre health check of key settlements across the district and provides policy options for retailing in East Devon towards 2026. This report will form part of the evidence base for the formation of policies within the Local Development Framework. A copy of the report is available for download below.
