Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment
The request for submission of potentially suitable sites closed in August and submissions are now being considered. Sites will be assessed in accordance with the 
Methodology for Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessments Exeter Housing Market Area Sub-Region September 2008 (1030KB - PDF Help). It is hoped that a list of the submitted sites together with an initial assessment of whether they have passed ‘Stage A’ of the methodology will be published early in 2009. Further work will be undertaken on the sites that meet the requirements of ‘Stage A’ and will be considered by a Panel as set out in the methodology.
