East Devon Local Development Scheme
Under the new planning system, all local planning authorities are required to prepare a Local Development Scheme (LDS). This sets out details of each of the Local Development Documents (LDDs) they intend to produce, and the timescales and arrangements for their production. Collectively these LDDs will make up the Local Development Framework(LDF) for the area.
