Annual Monitoring Report
The latest East Devon Local Development Framework Annual Monitoring Report (AMR) for East Devon covers the 1st April 2008 to 31st March 2009 period. It forms part of a suite of documents for the District to be produced under the requirements of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. The Annual Monitoring report advises on:
- ·the extent to which the policies set out in the Local Development Documents are being achieved, and
- ·the implementation of the Local Development Scheme.
The AMR was endorsed by Executive Board on 2 December 2009.
