Building Control
Building regulations are concerned with maintaining the health and safety standards of buildings, energy conservation and access and facilities for disabled people.
Planning permission does not mean that there is approval under building regulations and vice versa, so both must be obtained. We work with the national Local Authority Building Control (LABC) organisations.
