9 Membership on Outside Bodies - To reduce in consultation with the Manger and Company Secretary of the East Devon Citizens Advice Bureau, the number of East Devon District Council Members on the East Devon Citizens Advice Bureau to 2.  The Bureau's Membership and Articles of Association requires the total number of nominated/co-opted trustees to not exceed one third of the Board.   Reducing the Council's membership to 2 Councillors means that this balance will be achieved.
