(Since the meeting, as agreed at Minute 61, the Member Champions fo rCommunity Safety and Risk Management have worked with representatives of the Liberal Democrat Group and key officers to review the anti-social behaviour policy and have proposed amendments to ensure that it is all-inclusive.  The amended draft policy will be recommended to Council for approval in due course).

Local Government Reorganisation in Devon

Members to be given the opportunity to further comment on this Council's submission to the Boundary Committee.  Copies of the document submitted prior to the Council meeting will be tabled for Membes' information.

No decisions will be voted on arising from this item.

Members of the public are welcome to attend this meeting when items listed under Part A of the agenda are being considered. For the benefit of Councillors and members of the public a hearing loop system will be in operation in the Council Chamber.
