2 To receive any apologies for absence.
3 To formally report the resignation, on 6 January 2006, of Robert Cross, District Councillor of Honiton St Paul's Ward.
4 To receive any communications or announcements from the Chairman and/or the Leader
5 To agree any items to be dealt with after the public (including the press) have been excluded.  
There are no items which the Officers recommend should be dealt with in this way.
6 Presentation to John Dalton for his valued contribution over the years as Chairman of the East Devon Arts Association.
7 Presentation to the Rowing Team of 4 men from Beer who won the 2005 Atlantic Rowing Race in their boat 'All Relative'.
8 PDF Icon Revenue Estimates, Capital Programme and Council Tax. (88KB - PDF Help)  Report to include the recommendations of the Executive Board from its meeting on 15 February.
9 To answer questions asked by Members of the Council pursuant to Procedure Rules No 8.2 and 8.5.
10 To consider reports from the Executive Board and the Council's Committees and to receive questions and answers on any of those repots.

Revised appointments requested:

Planning Inspections - To replace Councillor N J Spence as substitute member for Cllrs A W J Reed and D R A Key on the Planning Inspections Committee.  Cllr C H Wale has been nominated.

Budleigh Salterton Traffic Forum - To appoint an EDDC representative on the above Forum

Manor Pavilion Theatre Management Steering Committee - To appoint a substitute EDDC representative on this Steering Committee in the event of Councillor G Liverton's absence.

12 Local Plan Panel - To rename this Panel 'Local Development Framework Panel' to more accurately reflect the remit of the Panel and to be in step with the Council document 'The Local Development Scheme'.  The membership of the Panel to remain unaltered.

Members of the public are welcome to attend this meeting when items listed under Part A of the agenda are being considered. For the benefit of Councillors and members of the public a hearing loop system will be in operation in the Council Chamber.
