| 11 | Revised appointments requested: Planning Inspections - To replace Councillor N J Spence as substitute member for Cllrs A W J Reed and D R A Key on the Planning Inspections Committee. Cllr C H Wale has been nominated. Budleigh Salterton Traffic Forum - To appoint an EDDC representative on the above Forum Manor Pavilion Theatre Management Steering Committee - To appoint a substitute EDDC representative on this Steering Committee in the event of Councillor G Liverton's absence. |
| 12 | Local Plan Panel - To rename this Panel 'Local Development Framework Panel' to more accurately reflect the remit of the Panel and to be in step with the Council document 'The Local Development Scheme'. The membership of the Panel to remain unaltered. |
Members of the public are welcome to attend this meeting when items listed under Part A of the agenda are being considered. For the benefit of Councillors and members of the public a hearing loop system will be in operation in the Council Chamber.
