We have a register of ‘interested’ tenants who are prepared to be consulted on various topics.
This may involve
- filling out questionnaires,
- taking part in focus group discussions, or
- telephone conferences.
The sort of topics which might be considered include:
- repairs and maintenance
- community development
- younger tenants (16 to 25 year olds)
- older tenants,
- disabled tenants or
- black and minority ethnic tenants..
We are always keen for new tenants to put their name forward for the register. If you would like to be included on this please contact the Tenant Participation team, or fill in the Tenant Involvement Form online.
Or, why not join our ‘e’ consultation group?
Would
you like to be involved and consulted about what the Housing and Social Inclusion Service is doing,
but don’t have time or not able to attend meetings?
We would like to ask tenants about draft policies, documents, or consultation letters and forms, to get your views and comments. We plan to do this using an ‘email’ consultation group.
Do you have access to a computer and have an e mail address? If you are a tenant or leaseholder and are interested in becoming part of this new initiative please email your name and address to: tenantparticipation@eastdevon.gov.uk
The more people we are able to consult on proposed changes the more these changes will be tailored to suit your needs.
