A meeting of the Licensing & Enforcement Sub Committee will be held on the above date at 9.30am, in the Council Chamber, Sidmouth to consider the matters detailed on the agenda below.

Members of the public are welcome to attend this meeting. Due to the requirements of the Licensing Act 2003 only parties to the hearing are permitted to address the sub-committee (through their representative as appropriate).

| 4 | To consider any items which in the opinion of the Chairman, should be dealt with as matters of urgency because of special circumstances. (Note: such circumstances need to be recorded in the minutes; any Member wishing to raise a matter under this item is requested to notify the Chief Executive in advance of the meeting.) |
