Local Development Scheme

The Local Development Scheme (LDS) is the project plan for production of future planning policy documents.  It sets out plans that  will  be prepared and the timetable for their production, consultation and adoption.  The District Council keeps the programme set out in the LDS under review and reports progress in the Annual Monitoring Report.

The revised PDF file Local Development Scheme, incorporating the Statement of Community Involvement (66KB - 23 April 2012 - PDF Help) is to be reported to Development Management Committee on 8 May 2012.  It should be noted that a version of this document was considered by Cabinet earlier in 2012.
