Beach huts and sites are available for hire. All waiting lists are currently in excess of 5 years.

Exmouth

• 109 Council owned beach huts for hire
• Between 1st April and last day in February
• Charges in 2007/2008: £478.50 plus VAT
• 20 Permanent chalets for hire at Foxhole chalets
• Charges annual rental: £819.50

• 14 Beach huts at Jacob's Ladder
• 1st April to 30th September
• Charges: £434 plus VAT

Beer

• 47 Sites split between East and West beaches
• 12 Sites at East Shelf
• 1st April to 30th September
• Charges
• East and West beaches: £115 plus VAT
• East Shelf: £192.50 plus VAT

Budleigh Salterton

• 39 Council owned beach huts and 84 sites
• 1st April to 30th September
• Charges
• Beach huts: £357.50 plus VAT
• Site rental: £159.50 plus VAT

Seaton

• 87 Sites split between East and West beaches
• 1st April to 30th September
• Charges: £159.50 plus VAT
• 31 Beach huts administered from Chine Cafe
• Charges: £396 plus VAT
