Paying by our automated telephone service

You can pay your council tax, business rates or council house rent over the telephone at any time day or night by calling our automated telephone service on 08447 369631 and following the prompts. When you call, please make sure that you have to hand the appropriate account number, your debit card and the amount you want to pay. Calls cost 4p/min from BT Unlimited Weekend Plan. Mobile and other providers' charges may vary.

For other debit card payments, please ring the council's switchboard on 01395 516551 and they will put you through to the relevant department.
