Sustainability Appraisal and Strategic Environmental Assessment

We are awaiting clarification as to whether Neighbourhood Plans in East Devon are likely to require individual Sustainability Appraisal to meet Government and European legislation. In the meantime a number of useful guides have been produced by other organisations.

We can't guarantee accuracy of content as they belong to external bodies (and some were commissioned ahead of Neighbourhood Plan legislation) but Neighbourhood Plan groups may find them interesting and useful.
